buddhadharma| 81 |winter 2005 MILAREPA’S DREAM OF THE FOUR PILLARS For more information or to order, call toll-free 1-877-786-1950. SHAMBHALA SUN The Shambhala Sun has a limited number of color prints of this rare painting by Chögyam Trungpa available for sale. Well-known as a calligrapher and brush- painter, Trungpa Rinpoche produced fewer than ten paintings in the Tibetan “thangka” style. Milarepa's Dream, painted in India in 1961, is one of these. The artwork was reproduced on archival- quality paper by the Stinehour Press of Lunenburg, Vermont, one of the foremost color printers in North America. Included is a brief description of the print and the significance of Milarepa's dreams. These limited-edition prints are specially marked with the artist's signature stamp and personal seal. Available only through the Shambhala Sun; $125 includes shipping and a $50 donation receipt. Size: 15.5" x 33.75". Proceeds from this sale will benefit Buddhadharma: The Practitioner's Quarterly and the Shambhala Sun.
